AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as
indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z -3809 - Described as Lots 7, 8 and
9, Block 15, Marshall and Wolfe's Addition, Little
Rock, Arkansas, from "I -2" Light Industrial.District to
"C -3" General Commercial District.
Subsection (b) - Z -3810 - Described as part of
Tract "B," Cantrell He ghts Commercial Subdivision,
lying in the NW 1/4 SW 1/4, Section 26, T -2 -N, R -13 -W,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as:
Commencing at the center point of said Section 26;
thence along the mid - section line, N 890 03' 08" E
95 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue
along said mid - section line N 89" 03' 08" E 699 feet;
thence S 10 28' 12" E 459.55 feet; thence S 4° 25' 16"
W 153.37 feet to the north right -of -way line of
Arkansas State Highway No. 10; thence on a 779.4 -foot
radius curve to the left on the following chord
bearings and distances: N 76° 23' W 32.07 feet and
N 780 14' 31" W 18.50 feet; thence N 40 25' 16" E
143.31 feet; thence N 10 28' 12;' W 49.86 feet; thence
on a 50 -foot radius curve to the left having a chord
bearing and distance of N 460 28' 12" W 70.71 feet;
thence S 880 31' 48" W 187.41 feet; thence S 1° 28' 12"
E 4 feet to the NE corner of Lot 1; thence S 60° 10'
54" W along the north line of said lot, 155 feet to the
east line of Tract "C -R," Cantrell Heights Commercial
Subdivision, being a replat of Lots A and C of Cantrell
Heights Commercial Subdivision; thence along the said
east line on the following bearings and distances:
N 29" 49' 06" W 133.06 feet, N 400 02' 59" W 342.5
feet, N 00 10' 44" E 56.25 feet to the point of
beginning. Containing 5.41 acres more or less from
"C -3" General Commercial District to "MF -18"
Multifamily District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated District Map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
