ORDINANCE NO. 14,233
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 5210 MABELVALE PIKE IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING
SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -3808 - The south 175 feet of a tract of land
described as part of the S 1/2, NW 1/4, SW 1/4 of
Section 19, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north right -of -way line of
Mabelvale Pike, which is 138.6 feet north of the
SE corner of said NW 1/4, SW 1/4; thence north 175
feet; thence S 650 45' W on a line which is 175 feet
north of and parallel with the north right -of -way line
of Mabelvale Pike, 228 feet more or less to a point;
thence S 175 feet to the north right -of -way line of
Mabelvale Pike; thence N 650 45' E along said
right -of -way line 228.36 feet to the point of beginning
from "R -2" Single Family District to "C -1" Neighborhood
Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated District Map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
