AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as
indicated:
Subsection (a) - Z- 3637 -B - Described as part of the NW
1/4, NE 1/4, Section 18, T -1 -N, R -11 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, lying south of the right -of -way of East
Roosevelt Road, west of the rights -of -way of Factoria
Avenue and Jones Street, and north of the centerline of
Old Fourche Creek, more particularly described as:
Beginning at a point on the west line of the NW 1/4,
NE 1/4, said Section 18, said point being on the south
right -of -way line of East Roosevelt Road; thence S 87°
43' E along said right -of -way line 1,013.53 feet;
thence S 020 13' W, 179.13 feet to a point on the
westerly line of a 50 -foot Texas Eastern Gas pipeline
easement; thence S 430 33' W along said 50 -foot
easement 442.02 feet; thence continue along said
easement S 400 03" W, 140 feet to a point on the
centerline of Old Fourche Creek; thence meandering in a
northwesterly direction along said centerline to a
point on the west line of the NW 1/4, NE 1/4, Section
18; thence N O10 31' E along said west line of the
NW 1/4, NE 1/4, 110 feet to the point of beginning from
"I -2" Light Industrial District to "C -3" General
Commercial District.
Subsection (b) - Z -3814 - Described as part of the SE
1/4, SE 1/4, Section 24, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Commencing at the NE corner of the SE 1/4, SE 1/4 of
said Section 24; thence west along the north line of
said SE 1/4, SE 1/4, 810.8 feet to a point on the west
right -of -way line of U.S. Highway No. 67/70, and the
point of beginning; thence S 05° 34' W, 165.12 feet;
thence west 199.37 feet; thence S 29° 00' E, 20.26
feet; thence S 02° 27' E, 120.2 feet; thence
N 870 29' W, 21 feet; thence N 020 27' W, 126.1 feet;
thence S 890 35' W, 117.5 feet; thence S 000 35' E, 58
feet; thence S 89° 25' W, 40 feet; thence S 000 35' E,
59.9 feet; thence N 870 39' W, 152.6 feet; thence
N O10 45' W, 288 feet; thence east 539.7 feet to the
point of beginning from "C -3" General Commercial
District to "C -4" Open Display District.

ECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated District Map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
