AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND CLOSING THAT PART OF
PINE VALLEY ROAD LYING BETWEEN THE SOUTH LINE
OF THE S1 /2 S1 /2 SECTION 24, T -2 -N R -13 -W,
PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, AND THE SOUTH RIGHT -
OF -WAY OF THE CRI&P RAILWAY IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

WHEREAS, it has been determined that that part of Pine Valley
Road lying between the South line of the S1 /2 S1 /2 Section 24, T -2 -N
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and the South right -of -way of the
CRI &P Railway in the City of Little Rock, as. appearing of record in
Record Book 48, Page 217 in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas, is no longer needed for corporate purposes, except
for public utility and drainage easement purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby releases,
vacates and abandons all its rights, together with the rights of the
public generally, in and to the street designated as follows:
That part of Pine Valley Road lying between the South
line of the S1 /2 S1 /2 Section 24, T -2 -N R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, and the South right -of -way
of the CRI &P Railway in the City of Little Rock
subject, however, to any public utility or drainage easements located
in said street.
SECTION 2. A copy of this ordinance, duly certified by the City
Clerk, shall be filed in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County
and recorded in the records of the County.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
