ORDINANCE NO. 14,226
AN.ORDINANCE VACATING AND CLOSING THE ALLEYS
IN BLOCKS 3 and 4, FOREST HILL ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the alleys in Blocks
3 and 4, Forest Hill Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing of
record in Deed Book 40, Page 577 in the Office of the Recorder
of Pulaski County, Arkansas, are no longer needed for corporate
purposes, except for public utility, drainage easement and other
purposes as set forth in Plat of Snider Commercial Park Planned
Commercial Development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby releases,
vacates and abandons all its rights, together with the rights of
the public generally, in and to the alleys designated as follows:
1. The east -west alley extending from the east
right -of -way line of Cedar Street to the west
right -of -way line of Pine Street located in
Block 3, Forest Hill Addition to the City of
Little Rock.
2. The east -west alley extending from the east
right -of -way line of Elm Street to'the west
right -of -way line of Cedar Street, located
in Block 4, Forest Hill Addition to the City
of Little Rock.
subject, however, to those public utility, drainage easement and
other purposes as set forth in Plat of Snider Commercial Park
Planned Commercial Development located in said alleys.
SECTION 2. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by the
City Clerk, shall be filed in the Office of the Recorder of
Pulaski County and recorded in the records of the County.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
