AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PCD
DISTRICT TITLED SNIDER COMMERCIAL PARK
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING CHAPTER 43, ARTICLE VI.
SECTION 6 -101 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following described
property be changed from "0 -3" General Office District and "R -4" Two Family
District to "PCD" Planned Commercial District.
Land situated in the Block 3, Block 4 and North half (112)
of Block 5, Forest Hill Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, containing 4.096 acres more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved
by the Little Rock Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated by
the plan for the Snider Commercial Park is conditioned upon obtaining a final
plan approval from the Planning Commission within the time specified by
Article IX, Section 9.101 of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 43 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas and designated map be and it
is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
upon final approval of the plan by the Planning Commission.
