AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE HEIGHTS /HILLCREST
PLAN IN THE RIVERDALE AREA FROM MULTI - FAMILY
TO OFFICE AND FROM OFFICE TO MULTI - FAMILY AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission in Resolution 21 of February, 1982
has recommended the amending of the Heights /Hillcrest Plan, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has recently rezoned the property in
question, and
WHEREAS, the recommended plan amendments would be consistent with the
rezoning action.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The property shown on the Heights /Hillcrest Plan located
between Riverfront Drive on the northeast, and Rebsamen Park Road on the
southwest, and Sherrill Road on the west is, hereby, changed from Office to
Medium Density Residential (Parcel 2 on attached map).
SECTION 2. The property shown on the Heights /Hillcrest Plan located
west of the Arkansas River south of the Round River Development and north
of Riverdale extension is, hereby, recommended to be changed from Medium
Density Multi- family to Office.
Section 3. The above described amendments are in full force and effect
from and after the passage of this ordinance.
