ORDINANCE NO. 14,209
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 2313 E. 6TH STREET IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -3801 - Described as the E 28 feet of Lot 17, Block B,
East End Addition to the City of Little Rock from "I -3"
Heavy Industrial District to "R -4" Two Family District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock designated
district be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in
the respects necessary to effect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
