ORDINANCE NO. 14,208
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43
OF THE CODE OF'ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as
indicated.
(a) Z- 3648 -B - Described as the northerly 275 feet of
the west 300 feet of Lot 7 -R, Triangle Properties
Industrial District, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, from "I -2" Light Industrial District to
"C -3" General Commercial District.
(b) Z -3804 - Described as Lot 9 and the east 10 feet
of Lot 8, Block 19, Bellevue Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "R -2" Single Family
District to "0-3" General Office District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock designated
district be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in
the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
