AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 14,079
TO INCLUDE "NC" NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL IN
THE MABELVALE AREA OF THE SUBURBAN DEVELOP-
MENT PLAN AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, an ommission was made in the drafting of Ordinance #14,079
leaving out a "NC" Neighborhood Commercial change in the Suburban Development
Plan, and
WHEREAS, the "NC" change was made to the map and should have been
listed in the Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Section 3 of Ordinance #14,079 is hereby renumbered to
become Section 4.
SECTION 2. Section 3 of Ordinance #14,079 is to hearby read as
follows:
Section 3. The Board of Directors hereby amends the
Suburban Development Plan from "SF" Single Family to "NC"
Neighborhood Commercial in the area northwest of Mabelvale
Pike, typically known as Mabelvale.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after its passage and approval.
