AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as
indicated.
(a) Z -3790 - Described as Lot 11, Block 12, Centennial
Addition from "0 -3" General Office District to "R -5"
Urban Residence District.
(b) Z -3791 - Described as Lot 23, Block 20, Allis and
Dickenson's Supplement to Centennial Addition from
"R -4" Two Family District to "R -3" Single Family
District.
(c) Z -3796 - Described as the S 140 feet of Tract 31,
Leigh and Butler Acres from "I -2" Light Industrial
District to "C -3" General Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and
in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
