AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AN EXTENSION OF
THE FRANCHISE OF MEDI -VAC AMBULANCE
COMPANY FOR A PERIOD OF,SIX MONTHS;'
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ISSUE
THE NECESSARY PERMIT TO MEDI -VAC;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. The franchise granted to Medi -Vac
Ambulance Company, renewed by Ordinance No. 13,818 and
Ordinance No. 14,095 is hereby renewed for a period of
six months_: subject to all the terms and conditions of the
original franchise and the renewal ordinance.
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized
to issue the necessary permit to Medi -Vac Ambulance
Company.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
