AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF
ALDERSGATE ROAD AT 18TH STREET, IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -3770, described as all that part of the E 1/2,
SW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 10, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, lying south and east of the easterly
right -of -way of Interstate #430, more particularly
described as:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said SW 1/4,
NW 1/4; thence south 1,287.07 feet to the southeast
corner thereof; thence south 890 10' 10" west, 646.44
feet to the southwest corner of said E 112, SW 1/4, NW
1/4; thence north 010 11' 50" west along the west line
of said E 1/2, SW 1/4, NW 1/4, 285.02 feet to the
easterly right -of -way line of I -430; thence north 43°
56' 10" east along said right -of -way 279.08 feet;
thence continue along said right -of -way north 240 32'
40" east, 547.03 feet; thence continue along said
right -of -way north 120 09' 50" east, 314.8 feet to the
north line of said SW 1/4, NW 1/4; thence north 88° 12'
east along said north line 165.2 feet to the point of
beginning, from "AF" Agriculture and Forestry District
to "MF -24" Multifamily District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinance of the City of Little Rock and
designated District Map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
