HomeMy WebLinkAbout14178ORDINANCE NO. 14,178 ! 133 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be and are is hereby changed as indicated: (a) Z- 3660 -B, described as a parcel of land situated in the NE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 9, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of the SE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 9, T -1 -S, R -13 -W; thence north 020 04' 25" east along said west line of the NE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 9, 644.98 feet to a point on the east right -of -way line of Interstate Route #30; thence along said east right -of -way line north 42° 56' 26" east, 447.62 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing along said east right -of -way line north 42° 56' 26" east, 300 feet to a point on the south right -of -way line of Mabelvale West Road; thence along said south right -of -way line south 45° 49' 37" east, 61.03 feet; thence continuing along said south right -of -way line along a curve to the left, said curve having a radius of 530 feet and a chord bearing and distance of south 49° 33' 43" east, 69.05 feet; thence south 420 56' 26" west, 301.7 feet; thence north 470 03' 34" west, 130 feet to the point of beginning, from "I -2" Light Industrial District to "C -3" General Commercial District. — (b) Z -3780, described as part of Section 7, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of said Section 7; thence north along the east line of said Section 7, 1,526 feet to a point on the north right -of -way line of Interstate Highway #30; thence south 62° 26' west, along said north right -of -way line, a distance of 680.31 feet; thence south 270 18' east along said right -of -way line, a distance of 50 feet; thence south 61° 57' west along said right -of -way, 668.95 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing south 610 57' west along said right -of -way 313 feet to the southeast corner of the tract of land conveyed by R.J. Mooney and wife to W.A. Jones, Inc., by warranty deed recorded in Deed Book 1,186, Page 194, recorded in Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence north 000 03' west, 671.75 feet; thence north 76° 23' 57" east, 284.2 feet; thence south 00° 03' east, 591.4 feet to the point of beginning, from "R -2" Single Family District to "C -4" Open Display District. (d) Z- 3472 -A, described as part of Block 8, part of Block 9 and part of Block 10, all lying in Santa Fe Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of said Block 8; thence north 880 15' 07" west, 277.25 feet; thence continue north 88° 15' 07" west, 68.21 feet; thence south 240 49' east, 17.26 feet to the point of beginning; thence along the arc of a 267.85 foot radius curve to the left, said arc having a chord bearing and distance of south 350 15' 41" east, 80.09 feet; thence south 430 51' 36" east, 30.75 feet; thence along the are of a 199.18 foot radius curve to the right, said arc having a chord bearing and distance of south 21° 19; 29" east, 152.67 feet; thence south 10° 47' 48" west, 60.04 feet; thence south 04° 30' 06" east 29.69 feet to a point on the south line of Block 8; thence north 880 15' 21" west, 501.57 feet to a point on the east right -of -way line of Interstate Route #430; thence along said right -of -way line the following courses and distances: North 04° 14' 06" east, 44.5 feet; north 09° 09' 10" east, 199.7 feet; north 02° 18' 16" west, 72.6 feet; thence departing said right -of -way line south 88° 13' 39" east, 355.23 feet to the point of beginning, from "0-2" Office Institutional District to "0-3" General Office District. 135 SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated District Map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
