ORDINANCE N0. 14,172
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF EIGHTEEN
ACRES OF LAND LOCATED SOUTH OF BOYLE PARK; APPRD-
PRIATING THIRTY -EIGHT THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED DOLIARS
($38,500.00) FOR THE PURCHASE OF LAND LOCATED SOUTH
OF BOYLE PARK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. The purchase of approximately eighteen acres of
land located south of Boyle Park is hereby authorized.
Section 2. Thirty -Eight Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($38,500.00)
is hereby appropriated from the 1977 Capital Improvement Fund for the
purchase of approximately eighteen acres of land located south of
Boyle Park.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
