AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND CLOSING ALL THAT
PART OF SOUTH LOOKOUT AVENUE AS SHOWN ON THE
PLAT OF HILLCREST ADDITION TO LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, WHICH LIES WITHIN THE BOUNDS OF
LANDS SUBSEQUENTLY PLATTED AS BLOCK 1, OF
REPLAT OF DOYLE PLACE, AN ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that all that part of

South Lookout Avenue as shown on the plat of HILLCREST ADDITION
to Little Rock, Arkansas, as shown on the plat of said addition,
(now on file in Plat Book 1, at Page 57) which lies within the
bounds of lands subsequently platted as Block One (1), of Replat
of DOYLE PLACE, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as recorded in Plat Book 2, at Page 188 in the office of the

Recorder for Pulaski County, Arkansas, is no longer needed for

corporate purposes, except for public utility and drainage ease-
ment purposes.

o NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF

p, THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:

< SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby releases,
vacates and abandons all its rights, together with the rights of
the public generally, in and to the street designated as follows:
All that part of South Lookout Avenue as shown on the plat of
HILLCREST ADDITION to Little Rock, Arkansas, as shown on the plat
of said addition, (now on file in Plat Book 1, at Page 57) which
lies within the bounds of lands subsequently platted as Block One
(1), of Replat of DOYLE PLACE, an Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as recorded in Plat Book'2, at Page 188 in the
office of the Recorder for Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject,
however, to any public utility or drainage easements located in
said street.
SECTION 2. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by the
City Clerk, shall be filed in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski —
County and recorded in the records of the County.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
