AN ORDINANCE GRANTING APPROVAL OF A
PLAN DEVELOPMENT ON PROPERTY LOCATED
AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SEVENTH
AND CUMBERLAND STREET, SETTING FORTH
THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Chapter 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a plan development is
hereby approved for the property described herein and for
the purpose indicated as follows:
Z -3756 - described as the E 110 feet of Lot 7, 8 and 9,
Block 28, original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for a
nine story multifamily housing project for the elderly.
SECTION 2. That the development of this project is to
be in accordance with the site plan filed with the above
site requested for approval.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
