ORDINANCE NO. 14,165
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PART OF TRACT 7,
HOME ACRES SUBDIVISION TO LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI
COUNTY, ARKANSAS; AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -3768 - described as: Part of Tract 7, Home
Acres Subdivision, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
commencing at the northwest corner of said Tract
7; thence east 452 feet along the north line of
said Tract 7 to the point of beginning; thence S
890 12' E 180.1 feet to a point on the west right -
of -way line of Geyer Springs Road; thence S 000
15' W and along said west right -of -way line of
Geyer Springs Road 87.4 feet; thence west 92.96
feet; thence N 730 00' W 90 feet; thence N 000
42' W 63.5 feet to the point of beginning from
"I -2" Light Industrial District to "C -3" General
Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in
the respects necessary to effect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
