AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
(a) Z- 3278 -A - Described as Lots 1, 2, and 3,
Block 22, Bellevue Addition and the west 30 feet
of the Watt Street right -of -way as closed from
"R -6" High -Rise Apartment District to "0 -3"
General Office District.
(b) Z- 3640 -A - Described as Mabelvale Business Park
Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas, from "I -1"
Industrial Park District to "I -2" Light Industrial
District.
(c) Z -3760 - Described as
and the west 15 feet
Subdivision, Pulaski
AND
Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10
of Lot 3, Three "G"
County, Arkansas.
Part of the W 1/2, NW 1/4, Section 9, and part of
the SE 1/4, NE 1/4 and part of the NE 1/4, SE 1/4,
Section 8 all in T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the east line of the W
1/2, NW 1/4, Section 9, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, said point
being 193.43 feet N of the NE corner of the SW
1/4, NW 1/4 of said Section 9, and also being the
south terminus of the centerline of McGee Road as
shown on the plat of Three "G" Subdivision dated
May 14, 1956; thence south along the east line of
the W 1/2, NW 1/4, 193.43 feet to the NE corner of

south along the north /south section line between

118.95 feet along the east right -of -way line of
Vimy Ridge Road; thence continue along said east
right -of -way line N'390 06' W, 497.5 feet to a
point on the south right -of -way line of Interstate
Route No. 30; thence along said south
right -of -way line the following bearings and
distances: N 52° 14' E, 207.5 feet; N 470 40' E,
284.5 feet; and N 42° 45' E, 424.6 feet; thence S
48° 19' E, 300 feet; thence N 410 41' E, 1,208.92
feet to the point of beginning from "R -2" Single
Family District to "I -2" Light Industrial
District.
