ORDINANCE NO. 14,140
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF RAINWOOD
DRIVE, 350 FEET EAST OF GREEN MOUNTAIN
DRIVE IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
23755 - described as part of the SW 1/4, NE 1/4,
Section 33, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as:
Beginning at the northwest corner of the SW 1/4,
NE 1/4, said Section 33; thence north 89° 49' 21" east
along the north line of said SW 1/4, NE 1/4, 210 feet
to a point; thence south 000 40' 39" east and parallel
with the west line of said SW 1/4, NE 1/4, 210 feet to
a point; thence south 89° 49' 41" west and parallel
with the north line of said SW 1/4, NE 1/4, 210 feet to
a point on the west line of said SW 1/4, NE 1/4; thence
north 00° 40' 39" west along said west line, 210' to
the point of beginning. From "R -2" Single Family
District to "C -3" General Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated District Map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
