AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK',
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as
indicated:
a. Z- 3530 -A - described as the west 200 feet of
Tracts 17 and 18, Hopson and Sachs Suburban
Tracts, and the west 265 feet of the N 1/2, N 1/2,
NE 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 11, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas. From "R -2" Single Family
District to "O -1" Quiet Office District.
AND
The N 1/2, N 1/2, NE 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 11,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, LESS AND
EXCEPT the west 265 feet thereof,
AND
Tract 7, except the east 75 feet of the south 150
feet and all of Tract 8, Pine Hill Subdivision.
From "R -2" Single Family District to "R -4" Two
Family District.
b. Z -3750 - described as Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6,
Block 27, Town of Mabelvale, Little Rock,
Arkansas. From "R -2" Single Family District to
"I -2" Light Industrial District.
C. Z -3751 - described as part of the W 1/2, NW 1/4,
Section 10, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, lying north of the Missouri Pacific
Railroad right -of -way, being more particularly
described as follows:
Starting at the northwest corner of the NW 1/4, NW
1/4, Section 10, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas; thence south 1° 18' 53" west along the
west line of said NW 1/4, NW 1/4, 478 feet to the
point of beginning; thence north 89° 14' 58" east,
220 feet; thence north 00° 06' 47" west, 450 feet
to a point that is 25 feet south of the northwest
corner of said NW 1/4, NW 1/4, and 208.7 feet east
of the west line of said NW 1/4, NW 1/4; thence
east 891.62 feet to a point that is 25 feet south
of the northest corner of.the said NW 1/4, NW 1/4
and 220 feet west of the east line of the said
NW 1/4, NW 1/4; thence south 01° 16' 36" west, 525
feet; thence north 89° 28' 44" east, 220 feet to a
point on the east line of the said NW 1/4, NW 1/4,
said point being 548 feet southerly from the
northeast corner of said NW 1/4, NW 1/4; thence
south 01° 16' 57" west along the east line of said
NW 1/4, NW 1/4, 351.79 feet to a point on the
north right -of -way line of the Missouri Pacific

Railroad; thence south 55° 25' 43" west, 696.56
feet; thence continue along said right -of -way
line, south 55° 24' 51" west, 3.59 feet; thence
continue along said right -of -way line south 34°
35' 09" east, 50 feet to a point which is 50 feet
north of and at right angles to the center of the
right -of -way of the Missouri Pacific Railroad,
said point also being 664 feet distant from the
east line of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 10,
T -1 -S, R -13 -W, as measured along the line that is
50 feet north of, at right angles and parallel
with the centerline of said railroad right -of -way;
thence continue along said right -of -way line south
55° 24' 51" west, 966.05 feet to a point on the
west line of said NW 1/4, NW 1/4; thence north 01°
18' 53" east along said west line of the said
NW 1/4, NW 1/4, 1,408.87 feet to the point of
beginning. From "R -2" Single Family District to
"I -2" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated District Map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
