AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND CLOSING THE ALLEYS
IN BLOCKS 2 AND 7, PERRY HEIGHTS ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the alley in Blocks
2 and 7, Perry Heights Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of said Addition
now appearing of record in Deed Book One, Page 27 in the
Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, is no
longer needed for corporate purposes, except for public
utility and drainage easement purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby
releases, vacates and abandons all its rights, together with
the rights of the public generally, in and to the alley
designated as follows: A twelve (12') foot alley running
north and south splitting Blocks 2 and 7, Perry Heights
Addition from 10th Street to I -630, subject, however, to any
public utility or drainage easements located in said alley.
SECTION 2. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by the
City Clerk, shall be filed in the Office of the Recorder of
Pulaski County and recorded in the records of the County.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
