AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PCD
DISTRICT IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 43,
ARTICLE VI, SECTION 6.101 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the
following described property be changed from "R -3" Single
Family District and "0-3" General Office District to "PCD"
Planned Commercial District.
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated by the plan for the said PUD is conditioned
upon obtaining a final plan approval from the Planning
Commission within the time specified by Article IX, Section
9.101 of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas
and designated District Map be and it is hereby amended to
the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

All of Block 7, including the alley in Perry Heights
Addition; fractional Block 2, east of Fair Park
Boulevard and south of I -630 in Perry Heights Addition;
that part of Maryland Street (9th Street) between
Blocks 2 and 7 of Perry Heights Addition; that part of
West 8th Street now closed by ordinance lying north of
Block 2, Perry Heights Addition; all of the west 1/2 of

South Tyler Street immediately east of and adjacent to
Blocks 2 and 7 of Perry Heights Addition running
between I -630 on the north to the south line of Block 7
on the south and more particularly described as
follows:

SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan

Planning Commission.
