AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF MARA LYNN
ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 1,320 FEET EAST OF
NAPA VALLEY•DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3614 -A - described as part of the N 1/2, NE 1/4,
NW 1/4, Section 4, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock,
Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Beginning at the southwest corner of the N 1/2, NE 1/4,
NW 1/4, Section 4; thence north along the west line of
the NE 1/4, NW 1/4, 628 feet +; thence southeasterly
along a 435 -foot radius curve to the right, having a
chord of 735 feet +; thence west along the south line
of the N 1/2, NE 174, NW 1/4, Section 4, 370 feet + to
the point of beginning. From "MF -24" Multifamily
District to "C -3" General Commercial District.
AND
Part of the N 1/2, NE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 4, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W, Little Rock, Arkansas, more particularly
described as:
Beginning at a point 40 feet south of and 390 feet west
of the northeast corner of the NE 1/4, NW 1/4,
Section 4; thence south 40° west, 305 feet +; thence
south 73° west, 275 feet + to a point on a curve;
thence northwesterly along a 515 -foot radius curve to
the left, having a chord of 390 feet +; thence east
695 feet + to the point of beginning. From "MF -24"
Multifamily District to "C -3" General Commercial
District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated District Map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
