ORDINANCE NO. 14,131
AN ORDINANCE ASSUMING RATE MODIFICATION
AUTHORITY BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS WITH
REGARD TO RATES FOR THE CABLE TELEVISION
SYSTEM IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AS
PROVIDED IN SECTION 7.B(3) OF THE CONTRACT
CONTAINED IN ORDINANCE NUMBER 13,790; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK,'ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock hereby assumes rate modification authority for the cable
television system in the City of Little Rock as provided in Section
8.B(3) of the contract contained in Ordinance Number 13,790.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
