RESOLUTION N0. 8,417
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER
OF FUNDS IN THE SPECIAL PROJECTS FUND.
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 15,950 the Board of Directors closed
the 1977 Capital Improvement Fund and transferred the balances to
the Special Projects Funds; and
WHEREAS, the unappropriated balances of the fund were
restricted to the needs of the City's Public Works and Parks and
Recreation Departments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The amount of $71,700 shall be transferred from
the unappropriated balance of the Special Projects Fund to the
Street Resurfacing Project, Account No. 210 - 220 -0141.
