A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE CENTRAL
ARKANSAS TRANSIT AUTHORITY AND THE BOARD OF
ELECTRICAL CODE APPEALS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed as members of the respective Boards and
Commissions:
(a) CENTRAL ARKANSAS TRANSIT AUTHORITY:
Mr. Douglas L. Hardin, appointed to a three year term
expiring August 26, 1993 (See Sec. 1(a) and Sec. 2 of
the First Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement dated
July 31, 1990.)
(b) BOARD OF ELECTRICAL CODE APPEALS:
Mr. Lonnie L. Buie, Jr. and Mr. Brode D. Morgan
(Professional Electrical Engineers), appointed to three
year terms expiring November 25, 1993.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
