A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A CONTRACT FOR THE
PURCHASE OF A ROLL OFF BIN TRUCK FOR THE
DEPARTMENT OF HUNAN AND GENERAL SERVICES /FLEET
SERVICES DIVISION.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept
bids and award a contract to Davis Trailer & Truck Equipment, Inc.
in an amount not to exceed $71,379 for the purchase of a roll off
bin truck for the Department of Human and General Services /Fleet
Services Division.
