5 A RESOLUTION DISSOLVING STREET IIPROVEFIENT
6 DISTRICT NO. 623.

8 WHEREAS, the Commissioners of the Sewer Improvement
9 District No. 130 of Little Rock, Arkansas, .(The °District ") have
10 determined that all bonds, notes or other evidences of
11 indebtedness, plus all interest thereon, have been paid in full;
12 and
WHEREAS, said Commissioners have further determined that
13 the District has fully accomplished the purposes for which it was
14 formed and has fully completed the construction of the
15 improvements which it has undertaken; and
16 WHEREAS, title to and control of the facilities constructed
17 by the District have been taken over and assumed by the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, which formed the District; and
18 WHEREAS, all assets of said district are in cash; and
19 WHEREAS, all debts of the district, including reasonable
20 legal fees and.other expenses incurred in connection with the
21 dissolution of said district have been paid; and
22 WHEREAS, all remaining funds of the district have been
refunded to the property owners in said district; and
23 WHEREAS, said Commissioners have adopted a resolution to
24 wind up the affairs of the District and cause the District to be
25 dissolved according to the provisions of the laws of the State of
26 Arkansas; and
27 WHEREAS, said Commissioners have requested the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to adopt a
28 resolution confirming the resolution of the said Commissioners and
29 granting the approval of the City Board for the dissolution of the
30 District.
31 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
32 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The Street Improvement District No. 623 of
33 Little Rock, Arkansas, has been dissolved by unanimous vote of the
34 Commissioners of said District in accordance with Arkansas law.
35 SECTION 2: All future levies and assessments of the

District have been cancelled and the Commissioners are hereby
relieved from further duties.
