A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED CONVEYING
CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, pursuant to a
foreclosure decree, is the owner of certain lands described in
Exhibit A attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, an individual owning property adjacent to the lot
has offered to purchase said land for $1800.00; and
WHEREAS, said land is not needed by the City of Little Rock
for any of its projects and the sale will return the lot to the
tax rolls of the County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute a quitclaim deed conveying title to the following lands
for the sum of $1800.00:
The South 40 feet of Lots 10 and
11, Block 11, Fleming and Bradford's
Addition to the City of Little Rock.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.

EXHIBIT "A"
QUITCLAIM DEED
The City of Little Rock, an Arkansas municipal corporation,
GRANTOR, by its Mayor, duly authorized by proper Resolution of the
its Board of Directors, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, convey
and quitclaim unto ALENE M. PITTS, herein called GRANTEE, and unto
her successors and assigns forever, all its right, title, interest
and claim into the following lands in Pulaski County, Arkansas:
The South 40 feet of Lots 10 and
11, Block 11, Fleming and Bradford's
Addition to the City of Little Rock.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto GRANTEE, and to his
successors and assigns forever, with all appurtenances thereunto
belonging.
EXECUTED this day of September 1990.

said instrument and caused the seal of said City of Little Rock to
be affixed thereto pursuant to the authority of the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as to their free
and voluntary act and deed of said City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
for the uses and purposes therein set forth.
