RESOLUTION NO. 81371
A RESOLUTION GRANTING SIGNATORY AUTHORITY TO
THE LITTLE ROCK WASTEWATER UTILITY MANAGER FOR
THE ARKANSAS REVOLVING LOAN FUND.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, deems it necessary
and proper to apply for State loan assistance under Title VI of the
Water Quality Act of 1987, Public Law 100 -4, and the rules and
regulations pursuant thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The manager of the Little Rock Wastewater Utility,
Reggie A. Corbitt, is hereby designated as the Signatory Agent of
the Applicant, or the successor of said Agent, and is hereby
authorized and directed to make application for assistance under
Public Law 100 -4 and the Arkansas Revolving Loan Fund to the
Arkansas Department of Pollution Control and Ecology for project
number CS- 050730 and to sign the acceptance of the loan agreement,
when made, and any other documents required to complete the
project, on behalf of the above -named applicant.
