A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION OF A THREE
INCH SEWER TIE -ON FROM THE CHENAL DEVELOPMENT TO
THE WILDWOOD PERFORMING ARTS CENTER, WITHIN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: Pursuant to Resolution No. 7,893, the Little
Rock Board of Directors hereby authorizes the extension of a three
inch sewer tie -on from the Chenal Development to the Wildwood
Performing Arts Center, subject to the Wildwood Performing Arts
Center filing a multiple building site plan for review by the
Planning Commission. Sewer services shall not be provided until
said filing.
