RESOLUTION NO. 8,316
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 69482 AS
PREVIOUSLY AMENDED BY RESOLUTION NO. 71630 AND
NO. 7,848 APPROVING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A
DEFINED CONTRIBUTION PLAN AS RETIREMENT FOR
NON - UNIFORMED EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The second subsection in Section 10 - FUNDING AND
ADMINISTRATION shall be amended to read as follows:
s10.2 - The Assistant City Manager for Administration,
Personnel Director, Finance Director, and two employees appointed
by the City Manager and having appropriate administrative or
financial backgrounds shall act as Trustees for the administration
of the City's Non - uniform Retirement Plan with authority and
responsibility to:
Receive and account for funds of the plan; transfer
funds of the plan within accounts as deemed necessary;
and appoint a committee or committees to assist in the
administration of the plan.
Action may be taken with the consent of any three of the above
referenced Trustees.
