RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING
ON THE PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION OF THE ALLEY IN
BLOCK 5, AND WEST FOURTH STREET BETWEEN SOUTH ELM
AND SOUTH CEDAR STREETS, PLATEAU ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 29th day
of March, 1990, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and
abandon a portion of the alley in Block 5, Plateau Addition to
the City of Little Rock, and West Fourth Street between South
Elm and South Cedar Streets, Plateau Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of Plateau
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, now on file in
Book AB, Page 252, in the office of the Circuit Clerk and
Ex- Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject
however, to any public utility easements located in said
street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at
the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 6:00
o'clock p.m., on the 15th day of May 1990.

SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
