A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED
CONVEYING THE RIGHT OF WAY DESCRIBED IN
EXHIBIT A TO THE I -630 TO HIGHWAY 10
PROPERTY OWNER'S IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.
338.

WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock, Arkansas holds title to
certain right of way described in Exhibit A attached hereto which
is adjacent to the Chenal Parkway; and
WHEREAS, said right of way is in excess of the 120 foot
right of way width requirements pursuant to the Master Street
Plan; and
WHEREAS, said right of way was purchased with Improvement
District funds and title was taken in the name of the City of
Little Rock; and
WHEREAS, said right of way is not needed by the City of
Little Rock for public street or utility purposes and should be
conveyed to the Improvement District which purchased said right of
way for the Chenal Parkway construction project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
Section 1. Pursuant to the request of the Improvement
District, the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute the quitclaim deed conveying title to the right of way
described in the Exhibit attached hereto to the I -630 to Arkansas
Highway 10 Improvement District No. 338.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.

Legal Description
Part of Lots 3 & 4, Autumnwood Subdivision, Little Rock,
Arkansas, more particularly described as: Beginning at a point
on the North line of said Lot 4, 10.0 ft. West of the Northeast
corner thereof, said point being located on the West right -of-
way line of Autumn Road; thence S8 °11'44 "W along said West
right -of -way line, 99.24 ft. to a point on the North right -of -way
line of Chenal Parkway; thence Northwesterly along North right -
of -way line the following bearings and distances: N66 °54'32 "W,
138.0 ft.; N54 °39'29 "E, 26.71 ft. and N46 °49'29 "W, 46.07 ft. to
a point on the North line of said Lot 3, Autumnwood Subdivision;
thence S89 °10'13 "E along the North line of said Lot 3 and along
the North line of said Lot 4, Autumnwood Subdivision, 196.49 ft.
to the point of beginning, containing 11,237 sq. ft. of 0.2580
Acre more or less.
