A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
INTO A CONTRACT WITH M. J. HARDEN FOR GEOGRAPHIC
INFORMATION SYSTEM PHOTOGRAPHY.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to accept
bids and award a contract to M. J. Harden in an amount not to
exceed $96,574 ($67,337 for photography, survey control and aerial
triangulation and $29,237 for orthopotography) necessary for
development of a digital basemap for the City's geographic
information system.
SECTION 2: Funds are available in the Geographic
Information System (GIS) Special Project Account No. 0078.
