A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE AND CLOSE THE EAST 105 FEET
OF "W" STREET, IN BELLEVUE ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board
of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkanas, on
the 6th day of October , 1989, asking the Board of Directors
to vacate and abandon the east 105 feet of "W" Street
in Blocks 21 & 22 of Bellevue Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of said
Addition now appearing of record in Plat Book 1, Page
251, in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utillity easements
located in said streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTIONI. The hearing on said petition shall be
held at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the
City Hall at 6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 16th day of January,
1990.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby
give notice of such hearing in the manner
by law by publication once a week for two
weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
and having general circulation in the Cit
Rock.
