A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO RELINQUISH
ANY RIGHTS TO A SEWER EASEMENT LOCATED ON NICKELL
STREET AND STACY (PARRIS) STREET IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Sanitary Sewer Committee has no
present or future need for a sanitary sewer easement located on
Nickell Street and Stacy (Farris) Street between Markham Parkway
and West Markham Street in Tracts 10 and 11 and part of Tract 12,
Hillvale Addition within the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute the necessary documents to abandon and release said
sanitary sewer easement within the City of Little Rock as
described on the attached Exhibit A.

LITTLE ROCK SANITARY SEWER COMMITTEE RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE LITTLE ROCK BOARD OF
DIRECTORS TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO
RELINQUISH ANY RIGHTS TO A SEWER EASEMENT SITUATED ON
CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Wastewater Utility has no future need
for a sanitary sewer easement located on Nickell Street and Stacy
(Farris) Street between Markham Parkway and West Markham Street in
Tracts 10 and it and part of Tract 12, Hillvale Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, now appearing of record in Deed Book
4, Page 38, in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas.
WHEREAS, Beach Abstract for the record owner has requested a
release of said easement.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Sanitary Sewer Committee and the
Little Rock Wastewater Utility have no further need for said
easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Little Rock Sanitary
Sewer Committee of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby
requests that the Little Rock Board of Directors abandon any rights
to a sewer easement situated at Nickell Street and Stacy (Farris)
Street between Markham Parkway and West Markham Street in Tracts
10 and 11 and part of Tract 12, Hillvale Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, now appearing of record in Deed Book 4, Page
38, in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, and
execute all documents necessary in connection therewith.
THIS RESOLUTION shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this /day of November, 1989.
