A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO RELINQUISH
ANY RIGHTS TO A SEWER EASEMENT LOCATED ON LOTS 33
AND 34 OF SOUTHERN HILLS SUBDIVISION WITHIN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

WHEREAS, the Little Rock Sanitary Sewer Committee has no
present or future need for a sanitary sewer easement located on
Lots 33 and 34 of Southern Hills Subdivision within the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute the necessary documents to abandon and release said
sanitary sewer easement within the City of Little Rock as
described on the attached Exhibit A.

LITTLE ROCK SANITARY SEWER COMMITTEE RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE LITTLE ROCK BOARD OF.
DIRECTORS TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO
RELINQUISH ANY RIGHTS TO A SEWER EASEMENT SITUATED ON
CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Wastewater Utility has no future need
for a portion of a certain sanitary sewer easement located on Lots
33 and 34, Southern Hills Subdivision, City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as shown in Plat Book 1, page 44, in the records of the
Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas, a copy of which is
attached hereto marked Exhibit "1 ".
WHEREAS, Beach Abstract for the record owner has requested a
release of said easement.
WHEREAS, the Little' Rock Sanitary Sewer Committee and the
Little Rock Wastewater Utility have no further need for said
easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Little Rock Sanitary
Sewer Committee of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby
requests that the Little Rock Board of Directors abandon the
sanitary sewer easement situated on Lots 33 and 34, Southern Hills
Subdivision, City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as shown on Exhibit "1"
and execute all documents necessary in connection therewith.
THIS RESOLUTION shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and approval.
