3 A RESOLUTION TO RATIFY THE
4 NOMINATION AND APPOINTMENT OF GARY
5 WAYNE VILLINES, M.D., TO THE LITTLE
— 6 ROCK AMBULANCE AUTHORITY BOARD.

8 WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock has recently amended the
9 ordinance concerning the composition of the Board of Directors
010 of the Little Rock, Arkansas, Emergency Medical Health Care
X11 Facilities Board (known as the Little Rock Ambulance Authority);
�12 and
13 WHEREAS, this amendment permits the appointment of any
14 medical doctor that resides within the City of Little Rock to
15 serve as the medical member of the Board to provide appropriate
16 advice to the Ambulance Authority Board; and
17 WHEREAS, Gary Wayne Villines, M.D., has been nominated
18 and appointed by the Little Rock Ambulance Authority Board to
19 serve as this member, and is found to be duly qualified for this
20 position.
21 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
22 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
23 SECTION 1: The Board of Directors of the City of Little
24 Rock, Arkansas ratifies the appointment of Gary Wayne Villines,
25 M.D., to the Board of Directors of Little Rock Ambulance
26 Authority.
