4 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK CERTIFYING LOCAL GOVERNMENT ENDORSEMENT OF

ELECTRONIC DATA SYSTEMS FEDERAL CORPORATION, TO
6 PARTICIPATE IN THE ARKANSAS ENTERPRISE ZONE PROGRAM.

8 WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock has an approved zone
9 designation for Census Tract 1, Block Group 2, within the
10 corporate limits of the City of Little Rock, and
11 WHEREAS, the local government must endorse a business
12 or enterprise to participate in the Arkansas Enterprise Zone
13 Program and benefit from the exemptions as provided in Part
14 IV of the Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program Regulations of
15 1983, and
16 WHEREAS, said endorsement must be made on specific
17 forms available from AIDC, and
18 WHEREAS, Electronic Data Systems Federal Corporation,
19 located at 101 East Capitol Avenue, Suite 300, has been
20 determined by the management of the Enterprise Zone as an
21 appropriate applicant, and
22 WHEREAS, Electronic Data Systems Federal Corporation
23 has agreed to furnish to management of the Enterprise Zone,
24 all necessary information for compliance.
25 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
26 DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
27 SECTION 1. Electronic Data Systems Federal Corporation
28 shall be endorsed by the City of Little Rock for benefit
29 from the exemptions as provided in Part IV of the Arkansas
30 Enterprise Zone Program Regulations of 1983.
31 SECTION 2. The Mayor is authorized to sign the
32 required Certificate of Local Government Endorsement.

SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
