HomeMy WebLinkAbout8220RESOLUTION NO. 8,220 A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 79696 ESTABLISHING FEES FOR USE OF THE CITY'S GOLF COURSES, TENNIS CENTERS, SWIMMING POOLS, VARIED ATHLETIC FEES AND ESTABLISHING COMMUNITY CENTER FEES. WHEREAS, it has been deemed necessary by the Little Rock Board of Directors to make certain adjustments in fees for use of the City's golf courses, tennis centers, swimming pools, related athletic activities, and community centers. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. The following fees for the use of the City's golf courses, tennis centers, swimming pools, community centers and various athletic events are being amended as indicated in attached Schedules 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. SECTION 2. All other fees as established by previous Resolution relating to same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after January 1, 1990. This discount fee was implemented to encourage tennis court reservations at times when usage is low. This has not been effective.
