RESOLUTION NO. 81216
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXTEND THE CURRENT CONTRACT WITH DELTA DENTAL
PLAN OF ARKANSAS TO PROVIDE EMPLOYEE DENTAL
INSURANCE TO 1990.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK/ ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to renew
the contract with Delta Dental Plan of Arkansas for dental
insurance coverage for City employees effective January 1, 1990
pursuant to the renewal clause contained in section 9 of an
Agreement entered into between the City of Little Rock and Delta
Dental Plan of Arkansas, Inc. on January 1, 1989.
