A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO RENEW THE AGREEMENT WITH THE ARKANSAS
MUNICIPAL LEAGUE FOR VEHICLE INSURANCE FOR ONE
YEAR, COMMENCING OCTOBER 1, 1989•
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
renew the agreement with the Arkansas Municipal League for vehicle
insurance for one year, commencing October 1, 1989.

A fiTrther analysis of the three years the City contracted with the Municipal
League (10/86 - 9/89) shows total premi>aas of $411,607. During this period claims
paid were $424,461 with $49,000 held in reserve. There have been $194,197.73 in
claims paid for the current contract period which expires on September 30, 1989.
