A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH ARTHUR GALLAGHER &
COMPANY FOR BUILDING AND CONTENTS INSURANCE
FOR ONE YEAR, COMMENCING OCTOBER 1, 1989.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute
the City's contract with Arthur Gallagher & Company for building
and contents insurance coverage for one year, commencing October
it 1989•
