RESOLUTION NO. 8,198
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A NEW BOARD OF ASSESSMENT
FOR VIMY RIDGE WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 139
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, Vimy Ridge Water Improvement District No. 139 of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas (the "District "), has been
duly established, has constructed its improvements, has financed
the same, has established assessment of benefits, and desires to
continue to reassess benefits annually; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the District desires
to appoint new assessors to continue the work of the original Board
of Assessment; and
WHEREAS, John M. Kapp, Carol J. Kordsmeier and John W. Beard,
the proposed new Board of Assessment, are electors of the City of
Little Rock and are qualified by training and experience to serve
as assessors for the District and are so willing to serve, and the
Board of Commissioners of the District desires their engagement;
therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock that:
1. John M. Kapp, Carol J. Kordsmeier and John W. Beard shall
be and are hereby appointed as the new Board of Assessment for Vimy
Ridge Water Improvement District No. 139 to reassess the benefits
annually to be received by each lot, block and other subdivision
of land within this District by reason of the local improvements

that are constructed, and to serve until their successors are duly
appointed and qualified.
