RESOLUTION NO. 8,187
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF PROPERTY
FROM THE WASTEWATER UTILITY TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
364.
WHEREAS, Little Rock Wastewater Utility is desirous of
transferring surplus real property and storage buildings for the
use and benefit of the Parks and Recreation Department of the City
of Little Rock.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The Mayor, City Clerk and City Manager are
authorized to accept said property on behalf of the City of Little
Rock and are further authorized to execute any documents which may
be deemed necessary.
