RESOLUTION NO. 8,182
A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE
PRIVATE INDUSTRY COUNCIL, BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS,
SIGN APPEAL BOARD, HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION, AND THE
ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby appointed
or reappointed as members of the respective Boards and Commissions:
(a) PRIVATE INDUSTRY COUNCIL: (Private Sector)
Mary Ann Davidson, appointed to a four year term expiring
May 3, 1993. (Replacing Arthur L. Williams)
(b) BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS:
Ronald Ross, appointed to a four year term expiring May 12, 1993.
(Replacing Bill J. Miller)
(c) SIGN APPEAL BOARD:
Nancy A. Hall, appointed to fill the unexpired term of
Bill Matthews ending July 1, 1990.
(d) HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION:
Kathleen A. McNally, reappointed to a three year term ending
June 15, 1992.
(e) ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES:
Four year terms ending June 30, 1993:

SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
