A RESOLUTION MAKING AN APPOINTMENT
TO THE LITTLE ROCK PORT AUTHORITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Mr. James R. Cobb is hereby appointed to
the Little Rock Port Authority for a five year term expiring
July 6, 1994 (replacing Fred I. Brown, Jr.).
SECTION 2: In accordance with Section 25 -4 of the
Little Rock City Code Revised 1988, Mr. William L. Cravens
is hereby named Chairman of the Little Rock Port Authority.
