A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A ONE YEAR CONTRACT WITH EMPLOYERS'
REINSURANCE CORPORATION TO PROVIDE CONTINUATION
OF WORKERS' COMPENSATION REINSURANCE FOR CITY
EMPLOYEES.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to renew
a one year contract with Employers' Reinsurance Corporation for
Workers' Compensation reinsurance for city employees effective
July 1, 1989, through June 30, 1990, pursuant to a renewal clause
contained in the Agreement entered into between the City of Little
Rock and Employers' Reinsurance Corporation on July 30, 1986.
